- Morris Flewwelling is a museum administrator at Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. Flewwelling studied Walter J. Phillips, R.C.A., for a number of years with the intention of publishing a comprehensive work on the artist. Coincident research and publications prevented Flewwelling from completing his work.
