- Riggall's Grandson John Russell provided idendifications on some photographs they are as follows:
- PA -29 to 32 I'm not very familiar with this hitch. I think it is called the squaw hitch and was used by us when no boxes were involved only bags of meat.
- PA - 33 to 39 A series showing how to tie (or throw) a Diamond Hitch.
