- George MacKay was a physician at Richmond, B.C. MacKay came to Banff in 1928 as the Brewster Transport Company representative at the Banff Springs Hotel. He worked at Golden and Emerald Lake, B.C., 1930-1934, and was the house doctor at the Chateau Lake Louise in 1937.

Also includes ephemera in the form of liquor purchase permit, 1937, re Dr. George MacKay; and advertisement signs for W. Stub, guide, ca.1929. Stub worked at the Bretton Hall Hotel property.
