- Gordon and Alice Mettler were writers from Hungary Horse, Montana, U.S.A. In 1916, Gordon Mettler, b.1902, accompanied the Howard Eaton party through Glacier National Park, Montana. The party was outfitted by the Brewster family. Alice Mettler was a friend of Syd (Brewster) Graves.
