- Jim Raby Sr., 1888-1960, came to the Cochrane area from Ontario in 1905 and moved to Banff ca.1911. He worked as a teamster for Brewster Transport until the First World War. In the mid-1920s, Raby worked as a zookeeper at the Banff Zoo and later worked at the Cave and Basin.
