Scope & Content
Item pertains to a post card photo album containing photographic portraits of various unidentified people [possibly members of the Flewwelling family] - most are posed in studio settings - as well as scenic photographs from around Banff National Park, post cards [some in English, some in Swedish], and a CPR and Department of Natural Resources map of Alberta and Saskatchewan tucked into the back cover. The album has a soft black leather cover with "Post Card Album" embossed in gold in the bottom right corner on the front and green pages with slots cut out to slip items in - each page can hold three items.
Item consists of a postcard of two children, Winnie [Winnifred?] Hunter Wesley and Arthur Twoyoungmen, standing side by side dressed in regalia in what appears to be a photography studio. A photographer's mark in the bottom left corner reads [Indigenous] children 511 . The back of the postcard show…
