He has no poles in his hands suggesting that he could be ski jumping. Below the man there is three distinct mountains, with clouds behind them, and trees framing the the edges of the drawing. Below the drawing it says “WITH APOLOGIES TO DEBECK”, “Peter White - 1924”, and “Banff WINTER CARNIVAL - FEBRUARY 7-14. 1925 - The Peoples Playground SKI-ING SWIMMING SKATING TOBOGGANING, ETC.” Surrounding the inscription it is bordered with 3mm design: two lines running parallel to each other with circles drawn in the middle.

The snow is quite yellow at the centre of the image but becomes shadowed and dark in the bottom right corner. A lower snow-capped cliff is in the lower left corner. It forms a pass between it and the cliff on the right. The sky is quite dark at the top of the image but quite cloudy and grey-yellow lower down at the centre of the image. The vantage point makes the viewer feel as if they are peering over the ledge of a cliff and that all that is visible is sky.
A small dark study of Mt. Rundle. The base of the mountain is quite dark and gradually climbs to shades of blue and than to yellow-white snow. The back side of the mountain is quite dark and in shadows. The sky is dark and stormy except for yellow clouds that appear as if sun is reflecting off t…

A group of animals are sitting on a sled that is speeding down a hill. You can tell that they are moving by the scarves blowing in the wind and the snow powder cloud behind them. In the background there is a mountain with clouds drawn above it.

In one drawing in the left section of the paper there is a close-up of a man skiing downhill. He is crouched on his skis, with his poles perpendicular to his body. He is going quite fast as there is a cloud of snow being kicked up behind him. In the background there are some clouds, and what appears to be the start of a mountain ridge being drawn. In the second drawing in the right section of the page, there are two distinct figures. One is carrying his skis up the hill, while another figure (which resembles the person in the first drawing on this page) is skiing down the hill. Along the horizon line there looks to be other people at the top of the hill watching on or waiting to head down themselves.
Boxed off in the top half of the paper is a drawing of a mountain. There is some trees and other vegetation in the foreground, and there may be a water body that is frozen over.
