(c) peg (5.9 x .9 x 2.3) as (b) but slightly smaller, hole through shaft lowe. (d) bridge (4.7 x 3.9 x .5) cut out of unfinished wood with scrolled carving at sides around short legs and at middle, arched top with four shallow notches for strings. The other side has blue flowers with brown centres and green and clean glass leaves. The buckskin velvet seam and the side and bottom panel are decorated with a strung bead fringe of red baby blue dark blue yellow and black and white beads.

- A comb of wooden tines which radiate like the spokes of a wheel, through a section of arc from an extended handle. They are made of bamboo. At the focus they are bound in wire. Either side of the wedge of tines is encased in a darker wooden carved face plate which extends up to face the handle as well and the face plates are held to the extensions of the struts by fine brass wire, a shaft of wire running through the tines between the face plates and curled at its ends. A lace of fine brass wire separates as it binds the tines below the face plates. The face plates are carved with small stroke designs.

Ribbon threads through flat gold eyes with short three link chain holding gold swivel hook at one end, ring bolt clasp at other. Tiny, oval, silver buckle slide secured by two very sharp, short, curved prongs in the middle holds ribbon together. Marks: stamped into each flat eye, on swivel hook, and on ring bolt, "14k" with diamond shaped hallmark on the eyes, series of numbers and letters scratched on back of silver buckle. (b) braided, black cord, long loop with two small, gold slides which clamp around each side and can be moved along length of cord. Small, gold caps at the ends of the loop are fastened together through a small gold ring which in turn is attached to a ring bolt clasp. Sliding clamps have pierced design of oval with four petalled flower inside. Gold coloured fittings are likely brass.

Spine is decorated buy 3-D white fabric peonies with green leaves and gold-coloured thread winding around the spine. The thread covers old-coloured circles and silver-coloured flowers.(b) white ivory tine forms hair pin , 14.01 x 6.0, decorative twisted wire and springs attached to orange coloured pieces of metal form decoration at top of pin. (c) silver coloured hair pin, 16.61 x 2.0, single tine extending to gold coloured flower at top with one gold coloured and one silver coloured leaf.(d) white ivory hair pin with single tine, 14.51 x 3.5. Decoration at top of tine is a red and white fabric flower with two green leaves as well as three additional small round flowers. (e) hair pin with a single black plastic tine, 17.01 x 1.8. Fabric rabbit attached to the top of the tine by a small spring.(f) hair pin with a single black plastic tine, 17.01 x 1.8. Fabric rabbit attached to the top of the tine by a small spring. (g) hair pin with ivory tine, 13.11 x 2.3. Fabric Japanese man attached to tine by a small green wire. (h) rectangular yellow plastic comb, 7.31 x 2.4.(i) rectangular blue coloured paper and red fabric, 5.01 x 1.3. hair pin with a single black plastic tine, 17.01 x 1.8. Fabric rabbit attached to the top of the tine by a small spring.(j) silver coloured hair pin ,18.21 x 2.0, double tined pin with decorative 'scrolls' from which small rectangular dangles are attached at top of pin. Ear cleaner extends from top of decoration.
