- A rectangular faced barometer on a shaped piece of solid wood. There is a silver frame around the glass face and a silver knob at centre securing two indicator arrows. The face is scaled from “26" to “31" in increments of ten with a “5” indicating the halfway point between each number. Appropriate points of the dial indicate “Changeable”, “Fair”, “Very Dry”, “Stormy” and “Rain”. There is an adjustment screw through the wood on the back with a keyhole bracket for hanging. The face of the barometer is marked “Compensated” and “Henry Birks & Sons Limited”.

- Maroon leather case with green satin velvet lining holds combination altimeter barometer of pocket watch like design. Brass casing and suspension loop. Casing rim ridged for gripping and rotation of altitude dial, inner dial, under crystal, is fixed and indicates barometric pressure in inches of mercury. Instrument is an aneroid barometer and needle varies with changes in atmospheric pressure, whether by change of altitude or change of weather. On dial face are following marks "rain change fair...compensated. Harrison & Co. Montreal, Made in England". On back of instrument casing is screw adjustment to correct for local conditions. Barometric pressure range is 17 to 31, altitude 0 to 16,000 feet.

- A heavily beaded commercially tanned belt with buckskin loop at one end, ties at the other. Design is yellow ground of straight beads with slanted rows forming border, three patterns of indigo tepees point to point over red diamonds, and three barbs of red at bases. The belt itself was a commercial man's belt, but has been sliced in half and stitched together with the former ends concealed and the new ends are squared off.

Cut western style with collar, yoke, inset sleeves, and pockets with front opening full length. 12.0 cm fringes below front yoke, and down backs of sleeves continuing across yoke in back. Front ties closed with four sets of buckskin thongs. Six large beaded flowers on two front pockets, front yoke and back are shades of blue with red and yellow accents, with yellow leaves outlined in green. Each side of front band contains four chevrons in shades of blue with red accents, pointing toward front opening. Machine stitched and completely lined with cream coloured fabric.
