Description
Maroon leather case with green satin velvet lining holds combination altimeter barometer of pocket watch like design. Brass casing and suspension loop. Casing rim ridged for gripping and rotation of altitude dial, inner dial, under crystal, is fixed and indicates barometric pressure in inches of mercury. Instrument is an aneroid barometer and needle varies with changes in atmospheric pressure, whether by change of altitude or change of weather. On dial face are following marks "rain change fair...compensated. Harrison & Co. Montreal, Made in England". On back of instrument casing is screw adjustment to correct for local conditions. Barometric pressure range is 17 to 31, altitude 0 to 16,000 feet.

Description
A heavily beaded belt (framed) of commercially tanned harness leather, wide strap. Design of sky blue ground with symmetrical figures on it, starting from one end, stepped oblique triangles in brown indigo turquoise and orange then stepped diamond with stepped crowns in pink blue and pink black rose then five rectangles in cross form, yellow centred and bordered by rust lengths and blue widths. Belt at one time had red bead border of which more than half is gone. Near one end there is a 2.5 centimeter tear. The belt body is two pieces of leather sewn together at the middle.

Large brass lens screwed over aperture hole at centre of front side of wooden box, square glass plate set into wooden frame slides into slot at back of camera. (b) a separate plateholder of the same size has hinged door on back of frame which opens to insert black metal film sheath (Eastman Kodak), and front of frame slides out by pulling on metal ring at top to expose film. Note: wood cracking and separated at joints, chipped at lower front corners with large chunk of wood out of lower right, plateholder cracked across door and on one side of top.
