Description
Handmade female doll with firmly stuffed cloth body and hide covered head and arms. The doll has black thread for hair that is worked into two braids that are bound with commercially prepared thong. The facial features are beaded with red beads for the mouth and black beads for the eyes (7 beads around a centre bead) and nostrils. The doll is wearing a short-sleeve dress, high top moccasins and a plain headband. The dress has fringe at the yoke, arm openings and bottom hem. The yoke is decorated with large blue and yellow beads.
