A small wooden bowl lined with silver, and a silver collar around its foot, lathe turned wood with flaring lip, straight sides, and sharp shoulder leading to circular foot. Very thin silver has been pressed in to line interior and folded over the lip, leaving creases along the inner upright sides of the bowl. Collar which fits around foot is thin silver ring with a single row of gadrooming at bottom supporting a series of tiny silver robed figures standing around its circumference. Turning spiral can be seen on bottom of foot.

A small, flat, rectangular purse of dark blue brocaded with geometric design in beige and khaki colours. Lned with navy blue silk ? brocaded with finer overall geometric pattern. Purse folds in half and latches with tiny pear shaped ring on one side which latches over tiny pin on other. Inside, one half has a full, deep pocket behind a shallower pocket in front, both lined with gold silk. Other side has expanding pocket with folded gussets at the sides, and small flap which fastens with a flat ivory clip around a thread loop on the front of the pocket. Pocket lined with gold twilled fabric. Double pocket side stitched together at sides with brown cord in a slip stitch allowing those pockets to expand slightly for fullness.

Description
In long, pink, suede, drawstring case, four collapsible wire coathangers. Coathangers made from heavy steel wire in the shape of two flat, curved arms delineated by an outline of the wire. The ends of the wires of each arm clasp about those of the other arm and slide up and down upon each other to collapse and open. The arms are suspended from a small hook at ends of the arms, and therefore stretches out flat when collapsed, or balances the arms nicely from their length when extended fully. Long, rectangular suede case is stitched around three sides, and has pink twisted cord double drawstring to close.

Hollowed bottle has straight sides rounding at shoulders to narrow into neck surmounted by flared, thick lip, trimmed with thin strips of brass around sides, top, middle, bottom, support short, straight corrugated strips between each ring, a fourth ring girds the lip. A brass collar around the neck is pinked at top and rings have been notched and pinched together at ends, and straight strips are folded at ends to hold in place. Inside of lip is curved convexedly and decorated with grooved rings. Wood beneath each ring on side has been grooved around with five rings.

A large, semi soft suitcase of natural leather covered with travel stickers and secured with large leather straps. Leather stitched around on heavy metal frame at lip of lid, and narrower metal frame supporting bottom. Top one third of lid is accordian pleated to expand. All corners reinforced with large patches of leather riveted on. Heavy cut out leather handle fastened under brass brackets, with large brass snap latch beneath controlled by round lock button , Orbin. Two heavy belt straps buckle lid to bottom either side of the latch and continue around the lid to buckle over that and secure the expansion. Inside lined with laminated beige fabric and has leather straps in lid and bottom to secure clothes. Stuffed with newspaper, 1956, and two cardboard dress boxes, Holt, Renfrew & Co. Ltd, Eaton's of Canada, to maintain shape of soft bottom while stored. Attached to handle on small leather strap, a name tag from "Rotterdamshe Lloyd Royal Mail Line".

Two identical travel clocks in rather large, square, flat folding cases of leather. (a) green with gold initials "C.R." on front. (b) tan without initials. Cases open by pushing small brass bar on edge. Large, round, clock face inside is brass rimmed and set into square leather frame which hinges at top of case. Clock swings forward to rest on bottom edge inside square outer case. Long stem with large, tapered, grooved knob on end is at bottom of clock and pulls out to set hands. Clock case is very thin with fingernail groove on side of back to open inside of case. Large, glass covered round face is white, porcelain? with angular gold coloured hour numerals, gold coloured hands outlined in black with spikey tips, and an outlined ring around the outside marked off with lines indicating each minute. Inside of case lined with ribbed fabric of same colour as outside, both run. Marks: on face, "Shreve Crump & Low Co. Boston, 8 days, made in Switzerland".
