- In a large, sturdy black, paper covered, wooden box and lid with brass slits at bottom of base, a collection of eighteen pincushions. 3 round(a) blue silk (10.0 x 5.5) short, puffy cylinder with design of five small hearts stitched around top, and diagonal lines around side, quilted with yellow thread, stuck with straight pins.( b) plaid (10.0 x 3.5) red and green tartan with wide blue and narrower yellow and white cross stripes. Puffy, wedge like sections formed with tight black stitching, dark blue grosgrain bow at top. (c) red satiny brocade (10.0 x 3.8) dark red, with green thread laced across top like wheel spokes.
