Description

Description
The foreground contains a strip a ground made up of a wash of pink and ochre, with strokes of green, orange-pink and grey upon it. Trees with thin black trunks, and yellow or yellow-green foliage, float on this ground. A mountainside slopes down from the left behind the forest. This mountainside is mainly a flat green-blue. A second mountainside slopes down from the right behind this. The second mountainside has more detail, with its upper edge defined in ochre and violet-grey. The background contains two peaks of blue and grey rock. They are connected by two bands of snow, which are divided by exposed rock. The sky is light blue.
