Filmed at Bow Lake and at the Peyto Lake Lookout, the plot follows an outlaw trapper who steals a snowmobile from outside a North West Mounted Police outpost, prompting a Marx Brothers-style chase wherein the Mountie attempts to apprehend the outlaw on snowshoes, skis, horse, truck, and snowmobile, which he eventually does.

Called "Skolf," participants used golf clubs to try and knock what appears to be a squash ball into tin cans sunk into the snow while also tryint to keep the ball from rolling all the way down the hill. The original label on the case reads "Title Sunshine Village Golf Game on Ski, Name 'Skolf', Camera B. Engler, Date 19, Footage 270 feet, Time 7 minutes."
