- Two light weight wood stacking chests with two drawers each. Chests are fastened together by a rectangular metal latch (23 x 8) on each side which slides up to hook onto two metal prongs placed at the bottom of the chest above. Each corner is reinforced by a metal covering. Oval shaped brown metal plates (12.5 cm. long with straight length-wise sides) decorate the bottom front of each chest. Each drawer has a lock placed in the center of a 10.5 cm. brown metal disc with silver metal rim and center. Discs extend over upper top edge of drawers by about 3 cm., two shiny brown metal handles on each drawer. Each of the handles is fastened to inside of drawer by a wing-type (or butterfly) fastener rather than screws.

- Two Japanese blue and white porcelain plates, shaped like shallow bowls on 1.3 cm. high foot. Motif on topside is a dragon in midground on curved lines which suggest a waterfall, and a scroll or spiral on far right. Horizontal lines in varying hues of blues are interrupted by a white pyramid in background suggesting, perhaps, Mt. Fuji. One dragon claw creeps between two of the horizontals, underside of plates have three identical motifs, each of which is four overlapping circles surrounded by curly blue ribbon like lines and bows. Foot is painted in a vertical stripe. Although both plates are from the same pattern, slight difference indicates that they were hand painted.

- Japanese blue and white porcelain plate shaped like a shallow bowl, stands on .5 cm. high rim, decoration on topside includes ten 4 cm. circles which contain five birds alternating with a fish scale like design. The five birds are all the same and stylized, head has a distinct comb and is in profile while body is in front view with wings spread open, between the circles are blue and white cloud like scrolls. 10 cm. circle in center is undecorated white. Rim has border of blue cross hatched triangles. At least twenty holes in glaze are evident on topside. Underside is decorated with a delicate curvy blue line, mark on bottom resemble a monogram, framed in a double blue line.

- A set of two commemorative pins from Japan plus a chain fob from which to suspend them when worn. (a) pin of the Second Class of the Order of the Sacred Treasure, small round silver pin with white enamel arms radiating from a round blue enamel silver bordered centre with a small silver scallop edged circle in the middle. A chain of red enamel spots encircles the central portion of the pin, two sharp bent prongs and two small rings soldered to the back of the pin, with a separate ring through the top for suspending. (b) pin of the Third Class of the Order of the Rising Sun, small gold pin with a white enameled starburst radiating from a solid round red enamel centre bordered in gold. Hangs from small flower pendant with three green enamel leaves and three enamel purple blossoms, the whole is suspended from a white bow with red borders attached through a stud button. - Carved, ivory coloured, Noh Japanese theatre mask. Grimacing face, with carved teeth and cavity, nostrils and eyes. Hemp hair held in place by holes drilled through forehead. Two holes in ears where cord passes to hold mask on. Triangle and calligraphy incised on back of mask, soiled and stained, paint loss over face surface.
