Attached to the handle is a leather travel tag with a clear plastic window - visible through the window is a white card that reads “NICHOLAS MORANT BOX 1288 BANFF, ALBERTA CANADA” typed in purple ink. Throughout the exterior are faded and torn travel stickers/labels, yellow spray painted stencilled “TR5” twice on the lid and on two sides, as well as “NICHOLAS MORANT” stencilled on the lid in white. The interior of the case is lined in dark blue velvet. Towards the left-hand end of the case is a brace covered in light grey fabric - otherwise the case is bare. Case most likely used to transport a tripod.

- Brown hard-sided travel case with metal corner brackets, reinforcing along all edges, metal loops on both short ends and on the front (nothing attached), a leather handle attached to the lid with metal loops, and three metal latches - only the central one has a keyhole. The exterior of the case has two torn and faded travel stickers/labels on the lid, one of which belongs to Canadian Pacific. “TR3” is stencilled on the case in yellow on the lid, the back, and the front. The interior of the case is lined in blue fabric and is bare except for a screw sticking up out of the bottom at the left-hand end of the case. A section of the Calgary Herald newspaper, dated July 21, 1961, was found folded in the right-hand end of the case.This case was most likely used to transport a tripod or other kind of camera support.

Attached to the handle on the lid is a leather travel tag with a clear plastic window through which Morant’s Canadian Pacific details are visible.The interior of the case lined with beige fabric and is divided into five compartments in the main body (in addition there are two inserts, one a box the other a panel, that sit on supports) and three compartments in the lid. Two of the lid compartments have aluminum foil lining the backs.Contents of the case include:b : thirteen film magazines, some of which are wrapped in paper. c : two Spiralite and two Kodak lenses - the Spiralite ones are housed in leather pouches and one of the Kodak ones is housed in the original yellow “Kodak Pola-Screen” cardboard box.d : three Technika lenses housed in fabric bags - one is a deep blue velvet bag with a gold drawstring, one is a blue-green bag with red cord trim that snaps closed, and one is a patterned red structured fabric box with metal clasps.e : miscellaneous tools and includes fold-out magnifying glasses in leather envelopes, remote triggers, wooden spacers, pliers, micro screwdrivers, a timer attachment in a small leather case, a pen flashlight, and a small flat-headed screwdriver.f : assorted papers and manuals - also includes “Photographic Authorization” forms for use of Morant’s photographs.h : four lens hoods. - Brown hard-sided travel case with wood runners along the bottom, front, and back of the case, leather handles on both short sides and on the lid that are secured with metal brackets, metal corner brackets, and three metal clasps holding the hinged lid closed. Throughout the exterior are faded and torn red and white “GLASS” and “FRAGILE” labels as well as a white Canadian Pacific label on the lid with a faded stamp with Morant’s details. There are also remnants of paper tags attached to the side handles by string.The interior of the case is lined in beige fabric and divided into three compartments. Contents include:b : (105.05.0023 a-h) A brown wooden Leica case that contains a matte grey Leitz slide projector, its manual, a power cord, and slide mount tools. Also inside the Leica box are more slide mount tools in a home-made patterned red pouch that snaps shut, a patterned red home-made foam support, and two alternate projector lenses wrapped in foam. c : An extra power cord housed in a red and white fabric bag.d : miscellaneous tools that include a wood spacer and a metal triangle with hooked tool attached together with a short chain.e : an alternate large lens for the projector housed in a grey wool sock.f : six glass filters mounted in metal frames - all six are tinted light blue, only one is square in shape, and one is wrapped in paper held shut with tape.g : two glass “CONDENSER”s housed in round blue and white “DUREX CELLULOSE TAPE” tins, one of which is stuck closed. There are red and white labels adhered to the lids with their sizes written in ink, possibly by Morant.

- Description
- A Leitz Prado 250 500 slide projector in a brown wooden Leica box with various attachments, lenses, and the user manual. The Leica box has a hinged lid held shut with a metal clasp on the right-hand short side and a handle on the lid. The base of the box also serves as the stand for the projector lens. The projector is matte grey and tucked into the base of the box under the lens is the user manual, a thin metal tool with a loop at one end, a slide insert, a black power cord, a red home-made pad (possibly a cushion), a shiny piece of rectangular metal and a second slide insert housed in a red patterned home-made pouch that snaps closed, and two different-sized convex lenses in black metal frames housed in a white fabric bag.

- Description
- Carved and painted decorative wall hanging of a Scandinavian-styled house. There are two small figures - one male and one female (who is holding an umbrella) - mounted on a horizontal piece of wood that can swing in and out of openings in the front of the building. To the right of the figures is a yellow-painted wall with a window in it and a short fence in front of it. The upper floor of the house has a balcony across it with three flowerpots and a pink and white polka-dotted cloth on the banister. Behind the banister is a blue door with red shutters. The roof is painted red and has a short chimney on the left-hand side and the back panel the house is mounted to is painted blue with a yellow trim and flowers throughout. On the back is a black and gold sticker reading “Sydney Reynolds LTD. VICTORIA B.C. DIRECT IMPORTERS” as well as “HAND CARVED” written in black ink, possibly by Morant.
