Description
An eight strand coil beaded loop necklace, white beads wound around leather strands, with brass and wooden beads at the nadir of each strand. Two pieces of harness leather at each end with the strand leathers brought through them to form fringe, and hanging ties at the top of each piece of harness leather. Ties would tie immediately behind neck. A brass necklace with pony beads in a traditional men’s design. During Treaty times the Stoney were enamoured with brass and would barter for it for decorative purposes.*custom made plexi glass display in bottom of box

Handle passes through round opening in hatchet head and is tied on with a thong of buckskin. A strip of flannel material is tied at base of handle with one end hanging loose.
