- Bead wrapped wooden sticks with bone and/or horn points (a) wooden circle 7.0 dia. on end, wrapped with green and mauve beads. 2 groups of feathers hang from circle. 3 golden eagle tail and 3 hawk wingfeathers, shaft wrapped with cotton, beads attached. Bands of green, maroon and mauve. Double barbed point 29.3 long is bone (b) 5.5 at base tapers to 2.3 at top. Completely cloth covered, bottom half rows of beads, blue, maroon, yellow. Double barbed point 25.0 long is bone, top has 2 bovine horns, points 16.0 apart, nailed onto shaft. 2 strips of hide ca 3.0 wide over top and around base join (c) forked willow stick, cloth wrapped, beads in bands of blue, yellow,red. 1/5 of beads missing. Short buckskin fringe at bottom of fork and at join of point. Point is 17.0 long antler carved at end for sharper point, gouge each side, fork painted yellow, blue, red. (b) 43.0 x 43.0 green prominent colour, texture tr, purple mountains br, top left green branch, blue grey 16.8 x 14.0 block lower left with Japanese writing. (c) 62.0 x 62.0, 2 complete designs, green textured tr and bl, purple and grey throughout. Inlet scene with houses and trees on fan centre bottom. Scalloped edged round purple shape with writing, "Hiroskiki" wrapping cloth for gifts, goods, or for carrying, the customer would finish the cut ends. All 3 have a similar design suggesting they came from the same shop.

- Description
- A hide scraper made from the leg bone of a deer or elk, from just below the knee, and carved into a squared shape. The scraper is hollowed and one half of its length is cut away leaving a flattened sharpened serrated end. The animal’s hide is still on the knee joint at the top and there is a hanging thong threaded through a drilled hole at the knee. The bone is tightly wrapped with strips of rawhide (or sinew?) one third of its length to hold the two pieces together where the bone was split.

- A folding pocket knife with the handle made from the hoof and leg (skin and hair attached) of a very small deer with a metal 'shoe' nailed to the bottom. The leg has been split to accommodate a long blade on one side and a corkscrew on the other. A T-shaped metal crosspiece with a hinged lever locks the blade open and is released by pressing. The base of the blade is marked with “Henry Boker & Co.”, “Improved Cutlery”, and a stamp of deer antlers.
