History / Biographical: Ptarmigan Peak is located in Banff National Park in the Skoki Lakes region, near Lake Louise, AB. Ptarmigan Peak is part of the Slate Range of the Rocky Mountains. The peak was named in 1909 by Joseph W. A. Hickson who made the first ascent of the Peak along with Edward Feuz.

Scope & Content: Files consist of summit notes and summit registers from the Ptarmigan Peak produced by the Alpine Club of Canada between 1986 and 2012.
