Locations include Banff, Lake Louise, Yoho, Marble Canyon, Takakkaw Falls, Lake Minnewanka, Summit Lake, Victoria, Vancouver, Yoho Valley Bungalow Camp and Radium Hot Springs. Events include the opening of the Banff-Wintermere Highway at Kootenay Crossing in 1921, a dog derby on frozen Lake Minnewanka, Banff Indian Days, Banff Winter Carnival. Subjects include unidentified and identified people including Norman Luxton, Georgina Luxton, Enos Hunter, Ben Kaquitts, Hector Crawler, John Englishman, Mrs. Wood, Edmée, Mrs Mitt and Miss Maemillan. Album cover is leather with burned annotation "Snap Shots" with paint and cloth leaf detailing. The album i sbound by a cord with leather tassels.

Scope & Content: File pertains to a photograph album depicting a summer 1926 trip organized by Caroline Hinman to the Canadian Rockies and a hunting trip from Wilson's Ranch in September, 1926. The summer trip, made on horseback and by dogsled, began in Seebe, Alberta and ended at Lake Windermere, British Columbia, working through Banff National Park via Lake Louise, Abbot Pass, and the Lake O'Hara region. Includes scenic views of mountains, waterfalls, glaciers, camps, horses, dogs, and people - many of whom are reffered to by their initials or married names (in the case of some women). The hunting trip was possibly organized by Tom Wilson out of his Kananaskis Ranch. The party travelled north in the direction of the Saskatchewan River. Includes pictures of camps, horses, pack trains, snowfall, mountains, rivers, and people - does not include photographs of hunted animals. Also includes a single photograph of The Learned's House in Newbury Port, Massachusetts, enlargements from Rocky Mountain trips, and various cards from The Vincents and Florence Dibell Bartlett. Inserts pertain to overviews/advertisements for two 1927 trips that would have been sent out by Caroline Hinman in advance detailing routes, expectations, and prices.

Scope & Content: File consists of 49 photographs pertaining to the Woodworth family, the LaCasse family, the Kidney family, events and friends in Banff. Includes photos of Benjamin Woodworth Sr., the Natural Bridge at Yoho National Park, family members at the Kidney home and Woodworth family residence in Banff, members of the Al Azhar Banff Shriners Club, Forest Kidney receiving a certificate from the Canadian Restaurant Association in 1973, Banff Indian Day celebrations in 1969, Maud Woodworth as a young girl, Annie and Ulysses LaCasse's 50th wedding anniversary party, and LaCasse family members at home.
