- White plastic light meter with a central metal dial above a clear plastic window over the meter needle and a removable metal grate over the light-sensitive plate on top housed in a brown leather pouch with “SOLEPHOT” embossed in gold on the front. The leather pouch snaps closed over the top at the back and has a small opening in the bottom through which a gold metal chain is attached to the bottom of the meter. The meter is housed in its original cardboard box, which consists of a gold lid with “SOLAPHOT” printed in red on the lid that fits completely over the white body - also inside the box is the paper instruction manual.

On the lid is a metal frame for a shipping label - the label in the frame is addressed to “Miss Carrie Hunter” from “Foster Advertising Company Limited” and a hand-written Head Hunter Films label is visible underneath - as well as an Air Canada adhesive shipping label, an Air Canada Expedair paper envelope, and a circular Head Hunter Films sticker that has an address in Montreal written in. Inside the box is a grey metal empty film reel frame with a small white paper adhesive with “91-6” written on it in black ink and a piece of masking tape with “NOV 87 [illegible] Rev. From HTWWS” written in blue ink [HTWWS refers to the Head Hunter Film “How the West Was Skied].”

- Two empty transparency slides boxes, one Kodak and one Munshaw [no information found]. The Kodak box is for Kodaslide colour transparencies with a black body and yellow lid and has product details printed throughout the interior - some scratched-out writing and “Paintings good” written on the top and “Indian Murals” written on the side, all by Catharine Whyte. There are two long thin strips of adhesive tape wrapped vertically around the box, broken along the bottom edge so the box can be opened. The Munshaw box has a plain cardboard body and black lid with the logo in a square white box in the top left corner and a blank “Subject/Date” box.
