- White cotton, high necked long dress. Front yoke of lace, panel of lace each side to the waist. High necked lace collar with tiny ruffled net material around the top. Bodice alternates lace and fine pleated cotton. Inset band of same lace at waist. Long skirt alternates with 4 vertical lace panels 4.5 wide with cotton. One lace panel all around 6.0 above hem. Three quarter length puffed sleeves of white cotton with 2 bands of lace and 2 bands of pleats. Back is fastened to the hips with 16 hooks and sewn eyes. On each side of back opening there are tiny pleats and a band of lace which extends downwards 54.0 below waist, the 2 bands are then joined with a horizontal band which is 52.0 long.

Inside the case is a small card with “This needle book belonged to Jane or Bettie Jefferis sisters of Jacob Jefferis My mother’s grandfather Mary T.S. Schaffer Feb. 2nd 1902” handwritten in pencil.

- A bison hunting scene painted in oils on the shoulder blade of a buffalo. The scene is of a large expanse of yellow-green praries with mountains in the background and blue sky above with two bison running in opposite directions, one chased by figure on pony with bow and arrow cocked ready to shoot. The work is signed “J.A. Dippie 1902” on the brc. The bone hangs from a chain attached at each side of the top. A paper sticker has been removed from the back with “A/TS HX/” showing beneath.

The plaque is a yellowed ivory colour with brown and black staining of furniture and textures. “Burns' Cottage Interior” is carved into the bottom left corner of the frame, and the initails “AO” are in the bottom right corner of the relief. The back is marked “AO 1906 copyright” and has two small brass eyes with rings and wire for hanging.

- A molded frame of wax compound with a deep relief of a bridged gateway across a narrow old city street with close tall buildings at either side and filled with milling people and carriages. The gateway filling the centre of the relief has an ornate arched facade with statues in niches at either side of a tall window. The plaque is a yellowed ivory colour with black stain to enhance details. “Temple Bar in Dr. Johnson's Time” is carved into the bottom left corner of the frame, and the initials “AO” are in the bottom right corner of the relief. The back has “AO 1906 copyright” and two metal eyes with cord between them for hanging.

- A black basalt tea service made for the opening of the south wing of the Banff Springs Hotel in 1907. All of the pieces have a black unglazed exterior, glazed interior, green glazing around the lids, rims and touches on the handles. Each piece has a multi-coloured (white, blue , green, yellow red and white) shield made up of the provinces’ coat of arms, underneath that, a ribbon with the word “CANADA” and underneath “BANFF”. On the top of the shield is a royal crown. Each piece has an identification number in green on the bottom. Painted in green on the base are: (a) the teapot with a lid (8.5x14.0cm wide) “A3455 11”; (b ) the milk jug (10.0X9.0cm wide) (“42” carved into the basalt) “C3455 9”; (c) the lidded sugar bowl (7.5X10.0cm wide) “C3455 7”; (d) the small creamer (5.5x11.0cm wide) “C3455 7”.
