- Kreg O. Sky, b.194-, previously known as Brian Kregosky, is a geographer and recreational consultant in British Columbia, Canada. Sky's MA thesis, 1975, was titled "Recreational and scenic analysis of a Rocky Mountain wilderness." In 1983-1984, he conducted a comprehensive oral history project titled "Guides and outfitters of the Canadian Rockies."

- Fonds consists primarily of sound recordings and photographs from Kreg Sky's oral history project "Guides and outfitters of the Canadian Rockies." Recordings are forty-four interviews pertaining to guides and outfitters who worked in the Rocky Mountains of Alberta and British Columbia between 1911 and 1972, with a focus on personalities who worked outside of the national parks between 1910 and the Second World War.

- Photographs, 1914-1984, were produced and collected by Sky during the project. Included are copy negatives of photographs retained by persons interviewed during the project, some prints which duplicate the negatives, and other prints which are portraits taken by Kreg Sky.
- Fonds also includes notes (8 p.) describing the human history of the Cline and Brazeau Rivers and watersheds, formerly a portion of the White Goat Wilderness area. An edited version of these notes forms part of Sky's MA thesis, 1975.

- Maryalice Harvey Stewart, 1923-2001, was Director of the Archives of the Canadian Rockies (now Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies) at Banff, Alberta, Canada from 1965 to 1976. She continued to do historical projects and was known for her knowledge of Banff and Rocky Mountain history.

Content includes daybooks, notebooks, correspondence and various notes collected by Maryalice during her time working as Director of the Archives of the Canadian Rockies (now the Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies Archives and Special Collections); research materials pertaining to the town of Banff, the Brewster family and other local subjects; personal interest materials, including cassette recordings of documentaries and lectures; personal materials, including correspondence, photographs, Maryalice's birth certificate, certifications and awards, and sheet music; and other related materials. Fonds consists of the following series and sub-series:
