In the bottom corners there are tan and green boulders outlined in dark blue. A spiney blue tree grows out of the boulders in the bottom left corner. The sloping sides of the mountains in the centre are a patchwork of colours - yellow, green, orange and blue. The blue and orange side of a mountain is on the right hand side of the print.

The extreme bottom and right hand side is left mostly unpainted.Signed, in script, blue watercolour paint bottom right hand corner “Middleton 78”. The lake bleeds into the signature.
