- A smoothly polished flat onyx stone (a) in a red velour carrying case (b) lined with satin. The stone has a finger depression carved into one side. Inside of the box the satin is marked with “Calmulet” in gold writing. The stone is also accompanied by a small pamphlet, which fits inside the box, and explains how the stone is used. The pamphlet reads:“As the ancient Chinese pondered the weighty problems of their time, or contemplated deep philosphies, it was their practice to stroke the smooth polished surface of valuable jade, a habit they found soothing to tired minds and tense nerves.The Egyptians and Greeks of long ago wore amulets, usually suspended from the neck, as a protection from the evil eye. It was a recognized good luck charm. Even the very religious Moslums believed in the power of the amulet.Now the amulet is once more being sought as a potential calmer of jangled nerves. The CALMULET is designed for this purpose. Hold it in the palm of your hand . . . it is especially shaped to nestle there, inviting nervous fingers to gently rub it’s smooth satiny surface.CALMULET a finely cut lustrous onyx will become your personal talisman.”

- A soft belt of red violet velvet with large silver buckle. Velvet is sewn into long tube and gathered slightly at end where attached to buckle. Two part buckle hooks together with large hook and eye on back. Cast buckle shaped like two pointed cinquefoils butting together at the flat side, each containing a female dancing figure in very high relief. Figure has firm breasts and tiny waist, and is wearing draped bloomers and tall headdress. Scrolls and flowers form garland around figure. Smooth border around pebbly background surface, follows shape of buckle each side of buckle has bar soldered across back to attach belt. Velvet attached one side only with loose basting stitches around bar.

- Brown and black carved pipe bowl. There are two notes that accompany this object, both with CRW writing. One note on a brown envelope: “Doug Light These belong to Joe Abraham of Big Horn. They are very old - perhaps before real pipes - belonged to his great grandmother - the face in the rock is also unusual - the nose fell off & they tried to glue it on - Joe would like to know the value of it. Catharine Whyte Banff.” Inside this evelope are some other slips of paper: a blue “Glenbow-Alberta Institute Routing Slip” to “JOHN HELLSON CARDSTON, ALTA 252-1946”, and two yellow “Alberta Stoney Indian Hand Crafts” tags with “Joe Abraham very old - pipe - very old - when no pipes at all - Laurier Hunter” and “Joe Abraham June 26 ‘72 very old don’t know history nose fell off tried to glue it.”

- A white (appears to be handmade) christening outfit consisting of three pieces:(a) a long white cotton gown, 63.0cmx 61.0 wide from sleeve ends, 21.0cm wide at the shoulders, lace around the neck and sleeve cuffs, embroidered eyelets on cotton backing on the yoke, plain white cotton skirt gathered from the yoke below a 0.70cm embroidered ridge, embroidered eyelets above the turned hem and binding on the seams. There are three mother-of-pearl buttons with corresponding buttonholes on the back of the gown and the neck and cuffs are lace trimmed.(b) a short white gown made out of finer cotton, completely hand sewn, very delicate stitching 54.0cmx26.0 wide across the shoulders, 72.0cm wide from cuff to cuff. Lace around the neck and cuffs, delicate veritical fold overs in groups of four stitched down across the front of yoke, gathered underneath, the bottom has twelve horizontal fold overs sewn down above the hem. The back of the yoke has a cotton twill tie on the neck and below that one mother-of-pearl button, viewer’s left, button hole viewer’s right, on either side of the opening six vertical sewn-down fold overs. At the top of the neck opening, back of the gown, on the same side as the button there is stitching with dark pink thread.(c) a white flannel cotton undershirt, (hand sewn), 50cm (86cm with tie) x 14cm wide, stitched around the outside, slit (7cmx 1.5cm wide) on viewer’s left side, 36cmx1.5 wide cotton twill tie viewer’s right, 9cmx1.5cm wide cotton twill sewn on to make loops for a baby’s arms to go through.
