- Recovered July 17, 2011 by David P. Jones of Golden, B.C.; original author/owner unknown. Was originally stored upside down in old rusty sardine can and punctured with several holes caused by lightning.

Provides multiple names of climbers, and references Alpine Club and Vancouver. Names written include: Paddy Sherman(?), Werner Himmelsbach, Ralph Hutchinson, Don MacLaurin, Joe Hutton, and Bren Moss.
