Front interior cover contains an inscription, which reads: Service held every year by British colny(?) at Brussels / Mr Brown gives ? ? every ? of June “ Back interior binding has “JL” written in pencil.

In the lower third there are numerous small cabins clustered in amongst trees and grass at the base of a mountain which on the right side is grassy slopes with a stream running down a crevice. On the left are trees becoming more blue as they go into the distance and up the mountain. Beyond in the upper left corner is a purple mountain face and clouds with a patch of blue upper center.
