The outside of the box is decorated with black and gold triangles and gold-on-black swallows alternating on the side panels and more triangles, gold-on-black flowers, and a central blue and gold swallow on the lid. On the inside of the lid is “BLUE BIRD LIQUORICE TOFFEE” below a swallow, all in dark blue.
