Description

Below the drawing it says “WITH APOLOGIES TO DEBECK”, “Peter White - 1924”, and “Banff WINTER CARNIVAL - FEBRUARY 7-14. 1925 - The Peoples Playground SKI-ING SWIMMING SKATING TOBOGGANING, ETC.” Surrounding the inscription it is bordered with 3mm design: two lines running parallel to each other with circles drawn in the middle.

Description
A simple log cabin that is shaped in a simple square is in the foreground. Just in front of the structure there is some logs on on the ground, off to the side is a wooden fence, and behind the building there is a tree without leaves (suggesting that the drawing is later in the year). In the background there is pine trees, and the Rocky Mountains. In the sky their is a couple clouds. On the door of the building says “HOTEL”, and on the bottom edge is says “FIRST SHACK AT CAVE + BASIN”. Peter signed the drawing in the BRC “PETE WHiTE”
