Relief bust of a woman at centre with rays radiating around head, and holding aloft a blue enamel banner at top of pin. "Soroptimist". Relief wreath around edge with blue enamel banner around bottom half, "International Association". On back, short hinged pin soldered at top fastens into clasp at bottom which locks pin closed. Tiny gold ring soldered just to left of locking clasp.

Hinged pin on back runs diagonally from top left to bottom right where it fastens into locking clasp.
