Description
A collection of four ski toques laid flat. a) A handmade knit cream-coloured ski toque with a red and green strip near the top, and a red, green, and blue pom-pom. On the bottom edge in blue yarn reads “LABBAT SKI” along the edge around the toque. On one edge of the toque is a tag for the brand. On the inner tag it reads in blue text “handmade for fait à la main pour MURRAY MERKLEY SPORTSWEAR LTD.” and on the other side “DRY CLEAN NETTOYER À SEC PUR VIRGIN WOOL PUR LAINE VIERGE CA 3701 TORONTO”. b) A knit cream-coloured ski toque with green and gold design along the bottom edge and in a band around the top. The design features snowflake-like designs with dots in green underneath gold crosses on the bottom and the pattern flipped on the tope, with the gold band on the bottom. In the middle of the two stripes are text embroidered onto the toque and they read “LES CHAMPIONNATS DE SKI NATIONAUX” and “SKIIIIIIIII LES SERIES SERIES EXPORT “A””. The toque comes to a singular peak at the top with one seam running along the top. 28.4 x 23.1 cm.c) A knit cream-coloured ski toque with a red screen-printed logo for “ski Norquay”. On the back of the toque is a black tag with white text that reads “Jardi”. The toque comes to a singular peak at the top with one seam running along the top. On the front is a neon green sticker that reads “25 C (cents)” in handwriting. 25.1 x 25.1 cm.d) A knit dark blue-coloured ski toque with “HUSKY WORLD DOWNHILL” and logo, downhill skier from the front with maple leaf behind. On the opposite side of the logo, in the seam, is a tag with a power cord. The inner tag read “BLOCK-HEATER HEAD WEAR LTD. CA 04419” and red power cord and on the other side, “100% WOOL/LAINE DRY CLEANING RECOMMENDED NETTOYAGE A SEC SUGGERÉ FABRIQUE AU/MADE IN CANADA”. The inner edge brim is white yarn. The toque comes to a singular peak at the top with one seam running along the top. On the peak is a neon green sticker that read “25 C (cents)” in handwriting. 28.2 x 26.4 cm.

Description
a: top part of drawing is filled in with black ink outlining the image of six animals. Four of them are holding poles, and there are spots of black near what is the feet of the rabbit. b: ink used to fill in the shapes of the animals in the background, and then two snowshoes and poles can be seen in the middle of the image. c: In the middle there is a strange blob (looks like a hat and jacket) that has been filled in with ink. On either side of the shape there is sets of skis and another strange shape (that looks like a scarf) above the skis to the fair right. On all three pieces there is are crosses make out of a black ink or printed on the paper to suggest boxes that the drawings would fit into.
