Outside is solid gold colour, inside is red with two gold bands, each 14 cm. wide. An arc is cut into center seam to create a deep pocket, 29.5 x 15.5 x 21cm. tag inside pocket reads "09595 year "74 code 63 for Univ. of Calgary Hr. Dr. Hd. Sainthill Levine". Hood is contained in a black nylon zippered pouch, 34 x 40cm.
