- A glass tube, filled with a clear liquid, secured by metal straps in a slit cut in a wooden frame. A vertical metal strip on the left side of the wood indicates the weather with “Stormy”, “Change” and “Fair”. There is a screw eye on top for hanging.

It’s manufactured for the Phillipine Islands and all the surface information is in Spanish.
