- An armchair, deep and quite comfortable, made of twisted paper? principally which has been coloured in orange, gold, and black, and then heavily varnished to give it greater stability. The frame consists of such "rope" which is knotted together in simple turns. It and its companion chair were reupholstered circa 1965. Affixed metal product label indicates "Imperial Rattan Co., Stratford." Some wear on back upper left corner of back.
