- A pair of gauntlets made of hide and fur. The hide has been sewn together in square blocked sections that add to both the design and character of the object. Each block contains bits of fur, with the exception of the inside of the gauntlets where the palms would be, which is a smooth leather. There is also a leather strap with a metal buckle on the back of each gauntlet that allows them to be tightened and loosened as desired by the wearer. The inside of the gauntlets consist of a fabric or textile lining. There is no manufacturer label or tag present.
