- Two sets of Sergeant's stripes on Khaki, chevron shaped patches of heavy cotton twill fabric. A series of three, narrow .9 cm stripes of light brown flat, braided tape stitched in chevron shape on the patch. Edge allowance of fabric left raw and folded back to form clean edge of patch which is then sewn to uniform sleeve. Black stitching of braided tape to patch shows on back.
