- Bronze pack horse fully rigged, has a brand of left shoulder H; he stands on a solid base of bronze on which is etched T.R.C.R. 30 years and beside that 50; the assemblage is of various woods with a flat board as background and driftwood and bark as base and landscape; a rectangular piece of driftwood is attached at the top with wire; a brass plate of this piece reads: In honour of Ray Bagley whose homespun philosophy enriched the lives of all who called him friend. Remembered by the Trail Riders of the Canadian Rockies; another brass plate is on the board: Time and stress will make or break Keep smiling though through tears. Reins appear to be cotton string, harnesses may be hide. Faces detailed with incised mouths and nostrils, tail positions differ in each, eyes and ears are in various expressions. Some have defined toes, all are intact, no repairs. Stone dog is less detailed- perhaps a replacement of a lost ivory dog?
