- Unique piece, flare rim cup with vertical interior calligraphy with exterior boat scene and peacock, also small insect containing peony flower and butterfly. Signed base. After initial bisque firing an ivory slip was probably added and fired, next stage included application of calligraphy by stencil or decal as well as application of exterior decoration , scenes, orange enamel and gold lustre.
