Copper fittings brazed to back of copper plate. (a,b) cufflinks, wing back clasp hinged between ends of long U-shape bar, swivels perpendicular to insert through buttonhole and parallel to secure. Patent number on back of wingback clasp. (c) tie clip, fitting is flat along back of clip with arm that bends at sharp angle to hold a very tight spring clip behind tie clip, pressing end of spring clip opens jaw of clasp.

A wide strip of fibre is woven in near base and near upper rim, darker brown, with yellow border. Major walls of basket depict a killer whale apparently being picked up a large bird thunderbird? The whale in black and the bird of black and purple with orange head, yellow bill, and blue green claws. On the minor panels are two canoes each with two paddlers in each.

Description
A flat based handwoven rectilinear tote bag, decorated with Nootka motifs. The base is a flat woven wide strand tabby of roots, which at the base angle is separated and drawn up into the walls which are woven in a bird cage weave with a light fibre. On one major wall is a whale with mouth open and tail flukes above water, on the observe is a thunderbird with red feet and claws and yellow striped wings. On the minor ends are canoes, five passenger style of grey and burgundy. The handles on the bag are braided and extend down the interior walls of the bag, through the base, across it and stitched to the base rim.

Description
A large, rectangular hamper like box (a) with lid (b) made from split natural coloured bark woven around flat strips of wood in a coiled basket manner. Lid fits over a small lip at the top. A small, flexible looped handle is at each side at the top. Edge of lid is laced with split bark, and base is inset with basket resting on slight foot. Imbricated design on front and back consists of a large square worked in black bark with perpendicular lines out from each side, this outlined with white, and then with red bark. The design is repeated in outline with interrupted stitches on lid, each end of the basket contains the outline with interrupted stitches on the lid. Each end of the basket contains the outline of a large diamond shape in black, white and red.
