- A rectangular piece of commercially woven needlepoint canvas with sampler design worked in wool slightly off centre and closer to the top. Background fabric natural ecru colour with rectangular sampler bordered in blue with light blue fret pattern edging. Alphabet of capital letters worked at the top in tan colour with cross stitch, with a cross stitched dog filling the space left at the end of the alphabet, then a row of blue cross stitching divides the numerals from 1 through 9 to 0 in light green, ending with the date "1913", then a blue line followed by "Catharine Robb", in pink, "her sampler, aged 7", in light green. Followed by a blue line with a small looped garland of pink flowers hanging from it, and a picture below carefully worked in needlepoint of a basket of flowers at the centre and a tree in pink flowerpot on either side.

- In a large, sturdy black, paper covered, wooden box and lid with brass slits at bottom of base, a collection of eighteen pincushions. 3 round(a) blue silk (10.0 x 5.5) short, puffy cylinder with design of five small hearts stitched around top, and diagonal lines around side, quilted with yellow thread, stuck with straight pins.( b) plaid (10.0 x 3.5) red and green tartan with wide blue and narrower yellow and white cross stripes. Puffy, wedge like sections formed with tight black stitching, dark blue grosgrain bow at top. (c) red satiny brocade (10.0 x 3.8) dark red, with green thread laced across top like wheel spokes. Holding on around sides are eight tiny silk clad figures with white painted faces peering upward, and black braided top knots. Base of red and white striped cotton. Paper taped to bottom indicates: "Welfare Handicrafts made by Renie’s Mill Camp, Hong Kong, R.M.C. Group III. Price $3.50". 15 rectangular, pillow shaped with featherstitching trimming around edge. - Small wooden Japanese box of curly grained wood with drawers in front and trap door on top. Highly varnished finish over golden brown wood with watery grain similar to bird's eye maple on front of drawers. Large drawer across bottom, slightly shallower drawer in middle, and half drawer above on right side. Bottom drawer has loop pull, others have small button pulls with backing plates in shape of five cherry blossoms petalled flowers. All hardware enamelled reddish brown over the metal. Top hinged at middle and left hand side opens and folds flat over other side with square frame at middle holding red fabric pin cushion, shallow well inside. Interior of drawers and well painted with black lacquer enamel, wood of drawers splitting and shrinking leaving cracks and gaps, especially at joints, fronts of drawers warped and bowed. Marks: carved into base, a symbol which looks like unconnected "K" (SU)?

- A large, rectangular hamper like box (a) with lid (b) made from split natural coloured bark woven around flat strips of wood in a coiled basket manner. Lid fits over a small lip at the top. A small, flexible looped handle is at each side at the top. Edge of lid is laced with split bark, and base is inset with basket resting on slight foot. Imbricated design on front and back consists of a large square worked in black bark with perpendicular lines out from each side, this outlined with white, and then with red bark. The design is repeated in outline with interrupted stitches on lid, each end of the basket contains the outline with interrupted stitches on the lid. Each end of the basket contains the outline of a large diamond shape in black, white and red.

- A collection of netmaking supplies including seven shuttles, three mesh gauges, an awl, a large needle, two bobbins ? , and three mysterious sticks. (a) shuttle (24.6 x .7 x 5.1) hand carved, wooden, flat board with pointed end, and deep arch carved in other end, cut out window about half its length at pointed end has long carved spike up the middle nearly the length of the opening. Note: wood split through at point.( b) shuttle (25.7 x .5 x 2.0) as (a) but narrower and finer. Hard twist white cord wound from bottom arch up around spindle and back, then up other side. Note: warped along length. (c) shuttle (19.4 x .5 x 2.9) as (a) but smaller and harder wood with brown speckling. (d) shuttle (17.7 x .7 x 2.7) as (a) but hardwood, maple? and more carefully carved and smoothed. (e) shuttle (17.7 x .7 x 2.5) as (d) but squared at edges. Tightly twisted cord wrapped around as in (b). (f) shuttle (13.9 x .9 x 3.6) carved, flat piece of softwood, rectangular in shape with deep arches cut from each end, very roughly shaped. (g) shuttle (22.8 x .3 x 1.8) as (a) but much more streamlined. Arch at end, and window containing spindle are squared, one side has ink drawing of fishing boat and sailboat on the water and writing, "Mendon, M.M. Brooks, Paris "88" at the tip barely decipherable. "M Brooks ? Paris '88'".( h) mesh gauges (24.0 x 1.3 diam) long, smooth dowel which has been roughly rounded at each end. (hh) mesh gauge (18.0 x 1.1 diam) as (h) but shorter and smoother at ends. (i) mesh stick (20.0 x .1 x 1.3) flat, thin, extremely flexible piece of black metal with rounded ends which have been dipped in a rubber like material. (j,jj) odd sticks (10.4 x .4 x 5.6) 2 flat pieces of ivory with a .6 diam. hole drilled through at each end. (k) another odd stick (10.4 x .2 x 1.4) black plastic? stick as (j) but with two .8 cm holes, one above the other, at the ends. (l) (10.5 x .4 x .5) needle, large, steel, three cornered needle with rectangular eye set into groove at end. Note: rusting. (m) awl (13.8 x 2.5 diam) shaped wooden handle with 3.7 cm needle at end, handle teardrop shaped, nipping in to a waist at the end, then out again, flaring to a flat knob. Scribed around with double lines at each end. Cone shaped brass collar is crimped around sharp steel needle. (n,nn) bobbins (6.5 x .2 x 6.5) two thin wooden boards carved into a square with the sides curving inward slightly. Charred into the top of each is a series of squiggle lines, East-Asian writing? surrounded by a curved rectangle.

- Multi coloured middle Eastern tapestry in white, blues and browns. Warp runs width wise and appears to be made from animal hair rather than sheep's wool. Most of the warp ends, or fringe, have become untwisted. Tapestry has a woven patch 5.5 x 4.5 cm. on length wise edge, although technique and pattern are the same as tapestry, the colours used are distinctly different, grey, pink and green. The patch appears to be sewn on top of original work as there is no sign of it on the back side. Stitching has become fragile with age, one corner is severely frayed, stitching between warp threads has broken in several spots on the two width wise ends.
