The reel also contains footage of the installation of a power line between Banff and Lake Louise - mostly consisting of shots from the ground of the helicopter picking up, flying with, and placing the poles. Most of this footage is underexposed. - "The Last of the Dogmen," 1995, directed by Tab Murphy and starring Tom Berenger and Barbara Hershey. A bounty hunter is hired to track fugitives who have escaped into the Montana wilderness. After the fugitives are discovered murdered, the bounty hunter and a female anthropologist embark on a journey that eventually uncovers a “lost” Indigenous tribe in the mountains. Location filming primarily around the Canmore area, including Kananaskis Country, and around the Banff townsite, including the Magpie & Stump restaurant and the Parks Canada Administration Building. Some filming was also done at Takakkaw Falls in Yoho National Park.

File includes: advertising cards depicting the "Man Fish" of Lake Minnewanka at the Banff Indian Trading Post; a list of names of Stoney Nakoda community members commissioned to make souvenirs for the Indian Trading Post [1945-1950?]; flyers and tickets for film showings of “Mighty Lak’ a Rose”, “The Dawn Patrol”, “Captain of the Guard”, "Lilies of the Field" and "Make Me a Star" at the Lux Theatre between 1923 and 1938; a pamphlet pertaining to the King Edward Hotel; and stationery with letterheads promoting the King Edward Hotel and the Luxton Museum.
