- File consists of 42 photographs mostly pertaining to annual Installation events for the Order of the Eastern Star between 1950 and 1960; Maud Kidney was chosen as head Matron of the group in 1950. File also includes photographs of Banff school children [ca. 1895] including members of the Wilson and Brewster families; a ski gondola rider; and Jack and Ted MacAulay as toddlers.

- Early Banff school photograph accompanied by typed document with contextual details and names of individuals in image
- Photographs in this file were accompanied by notes made shortly before or after accession in 1979 giving names/contextual information about photographs. Some notes are by Jim Deegan, 1987. Information has been transferred to the back of each photograph.
